Don’t you love that there’s a new holiday in February? It’s Galentine Day-the day to celebrate the women we know and more importantly a day to celebrate ourselves.
Heather Strand is a Wellness Coach now after transitioning from ICU Nurse. As a result of many different health issues, including being off work for 7 months due to vertigo, she realized how overwhelmed she was and how much it was affecting every aspect of her life. These life struggles sent her on a path of self-discovery to understand the root cause of her anxiety, depression, and overwhelm. She is now on a mission to help other ladies create a more loving, intimate, and fulfilling relationship with themselves
